mnshooter
Except for milled vs possibly stamped sling swivels, is there any way to tell these from a GI 28 forend? Thanks.
1952HRA
No I don't think there is a difference between m1/m1a1 forends and 1928a1 forends, if it is an original 1928a1 forend it will have indents where the wire loop for the sling swivel goes, the wire loop on milled sling swivels is set lower on the base then the stamped swivels which makes the wire loop on the milled swivels press into the forend when tightened
Adg105200
I know Clemsford Militaria in England had very nice ones na while back, but the are no longer listed on their eBay page. You could always contact them through their website. The ones I got from them were near mint. Andrew
Colt Chopper
What's the average price for a decent example?
Adg105200
What's the average price for a decent example?I think around $65-75. Mint ones are usually $10-20 higher than that. Andrew
