Mojopin2010
Finally buying that MP-40 Wilson Tube , and I wondering on magazines. Keep shooting has new production now and then for sale and obviously there are NOS and used magazines for sale all over the internets. Thoughts ? 1gewehr
Vigneron mags are relatively inexpensive and good quality. They will need to be sanded on the sides and front and rear to fit properly. A belt sander makes short work of that. Original and reproduction mag loaders will work just fine when the mags fit into your magazine well. I have not tried the new reproduction magazines. For original magazines, it looks like BRPguns has a few at a not-outrageous price.
TSMGguy
The mags linked below are unmarked reproductions of very high quality but they're not inexpensive. Original mags surface from time to time. Steyr mags marked 98E and kur are probably the best made of the originals. They invariably fit original MP40 mag wells perfectly. BillinBama
There are almost always some MP40 mags on GB, price and condition varies. I bought one not too long ago to replace one I let go with the pre-86 gun I sold, got it for around $150 IIRC.
