Hi guys, I hope all is well with everyone!

 

I have awful and heartbreaking news. On March 25^th 2012 my girlfriend Kim, was senselessly murdered by her ex-husband. To know Kim was just to love her, she was the most genuine person you could ever want to meet. She absolutely loved life, but she loved her kids even more. Sadly these kids will have to grow up without their mother now.

 

I’ll post more below, but a fund has been set up to help take care of their needs, I am reaching out to every single person I can think of for help!! I know times are tough for people these days but if you could find it in your heart to help these kids out it would mean the world to Kim and myself. These kids have been through hell and back. They are really good kids too! All donations are greatly appreciated and every penny goes towards kids needs now, and for the future.

Where will the justice be for Kim?

 

In my opinion she won't get any and that is the biggest crime of them all, especially for Elyssa, Ryan, Nolan and Grace. Jim being in jail isn't really any justice, he is a coward that was running from all his problems, which include running from the IRS, the mortgage company, late child support payments, running up $800 worth of unpaid ez-pass tolls in Kims car, being an alcoholic, losing jobs, being a shitty father, and God knows what else!! I can't imagine running and having to lie and dodge all those issues. They were all catching up to him and being the loser that he is could not deal with them head on like a man. Instead he gets free housing, health care, food and doesn't have to worry about working, raising kids, paying bills, being a responsible adult etc. Jim is getting away with murdering Kim and I am beyond fucking pissed off about it!

 

He was looking for an easy way to get out of all those problems and kill the person he blamed, as all addicts do, for HIS problems. He took full advantage of that fact and used it to constantly harass Kim!! Kim gave him more than enough chances to see the kids and do the right thing, he never did!!! He could of seen the kids anytime, he would of had to pay for a supervisor to supervise the visits, the piece of shit NEVER did it, not once!! Yet like a 2 year old he bitched and moaned that it was Kim never letting him see the kids, it's bullshit!! He was too busy drinking two cases of beer a day! In my opinion he didn't care about the kids at all, just used them to make Kims life hell.

 

Kims only crime was hoping that he would change so the kids would have their dad. And lets face it, that is not a crime, just a caring mother wanting her kids to have a normal relationship with their dad. He just could not leave her alone to be happy and move on with her life. I thought for sure he would get bored and stop. I asked Kim why he doesn't stop, I figure he would be happy to have that big house to himself and drink himself stupid, which he did and basically destroyed that house. But that is the type of piece of shit Jim is. Nope, he couldn't do that, he just lied and harrassed and harrassed and harrassed Kim!

 

I am finding it harder and harder to deal with this. It pains me to know that he'll never apologize for murdering Kim. It pains me even more that his parents, to my knowledge, have never apologized to Bob, Linda, Konnie, the kids or any family member for that matter. The rotten apple never falls far from the tree as you know. The Hvizdza's are absolutely the biggest pieces of shit on earth. You also have real tough guys like Lou Kuebler that supported Jim and wrote nasty things on Kims facebook page when she finally had enough and moved out. I hope Lou is real fucking proud of himself for saying what he said.

 

I fell in love with Kim 21 years ago when we were together, I was just too young and dumb to realize what a beautiful soul she really was. Kim is an amazingly beautiful person, inside and out! She would do anything for her friends and family! I was so happy to be back in her life, we made a great team and just really enjoyed each others company. I loved to hear her laugh and see her smile, she's just beautiful! Hopefully through stories, videos and pictures the kids will also realize what a unique, warm and caring mother Kim was.

 

It really hurts knowing the kids will not have Kim there for all the special occassions that happen in their lives. Birthdays, Christmas, School Plays, Sports, Dances, Proms, College, Marriages, Grandkids etc. The wrong person died on March 25th. My only regret is that I didn't follow Kim to work and prevent this. For that I am truly sorry to Kims family and friends and especially Kim herself. I completely let you down, I am so sorry baby, you have no idea how sad I am, my hearth aches to see you, hear you, kiss and hug you!!! Kim deserved to live her life and raise her kids, not have it ended so senselessly. I love you to pieces Kimberly Ann!

Oh, Kim LOVED to shoot, this was two weeks before she died, we were visiting my dad and picking up her new SIG!!! She was so excited to shoot full auto, she also loved shoot at our local indoor range. Her CCW came in the mail around this time was well.

 

This was us earlier in the day, around 4pm - she is the blonde one

 

I put a motion sensor camera at her house, it took this picture at 10:52pm Sunday night 3/25 as she was leaving for work. We kissed good night and she was murdered about 10 minutes later.

My deepest sympathies as well Nick. I dealt with scum like Jim for 28 years and have never gotton over the pain people like him cause to good ,honest, caring and innocent people. May he rot in hell !!

He apparently hadn't a thought or care in the world as to the long term impact this act of lunacy will have on his kids. Let face it . They are now scarred for life. My deepest sympathy is with you as well as the children.

Unfortunately as well is we as a society will now spend millions to house feed and clothe this loser until the time comes for his rendezvous with the Devil.
