You can load the brass dummied in the drum and cycle them through the action. The selector and bolt safety also operate. The butt plate also has a trapdoor for a cleaning kit. Miniart only made small numbers of various models before going out of business over 30 years ago. Still they do pop up for sale. I watch estate sales, auction houses, gunshows, ect.
