hawksnest
Handgun vs. Wife. Top 10 reasons why a hangun is better than a wife. #10- You can trade an old 44 for a new 22. #9- You can keep one hangun at home and have another for when you're on the road. #8- If you admire a friend's hangun and tell him so, he will probably let you try it out a few times. #7- Your primary handgun doesn't mind if you keep another handgun for a backup. #6- Your handgun will stay with you even if you run out of ammo. #5- A handgun dosen't take up much closet space. #4- Handguns function normally every day of the month. #3- A handgun doesn't ask "Do these new grips make me look fat?". #2- A handgun doesn't mind if you go to sleep after you use it. And the number one way a handgun is better than a wife: #1- You can buy a silencer for a handgun!
Walter63a
Hawksnest, I'm giggling (ROFLFAO) the way Tic-Tac was when he was waiting for Tom to whack Bernie Birnbaum, in Miller's Crossing. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/laugh.gif http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/cool.gif Regards, Walter

Sgt
I'm not sure but I think you can go to jail for that kind of talk. Also, handguns don't cry in the dark, without a good reason. Of course, I don't know this first hand, but have been told by a friend of mine. lol
TSMG28
Hawksnest, I love this list, though my wife doesn't think too much of it. One small correction to reason 10 - I think it is supposed to be: 10. You can trade an old 44 for a two new 22's. Thanks for sharing.
JimFromFL
#8- If you admire a friend's hangun and tell him so, he will probably let you try it out a few times. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/tongue.gif http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/tongue.gif http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/tongue.gif
Bisley45
You forgot the disclaimer don't open while wife is in same room; the whap to the back of the head blocked off the laughter for a few seconds. Good list, but some old 44's are worth a slew of .22's; ie S&W Tripple lock.... I think better half is in mood to trade me for one right now.... JimFromFL
For most people, it would be easy to deny to the wife that the post is not theirs. Unfortunately, my wife would be able to figure out which post was mine since I am probably the Jim from Florida (JimFromFL) on the board. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/cool.gif
