imageaudio
Goodness, anyone see how many Thompsons are available at the next RIAC Premier auction? https://www.rockislandauction.com/catalog/82/class-iii/?keywords=thompson 19 by my count. I haven't examined any of the lots but seems like that's a fairly high number for one auction. Is somebody doing a little house cleaning??? colt21a
seems like 19 guns from all different collectors. i know 3 of those guns and #7592 was one of my old ones. sadly they redid the wood and now more marks on it. including a ding. But still a nice Illinois History one. Wonder when #6349 will turn up 0r #5294. It was nice to look at pics and cases and such. Nice History with the U.S.M.C. GUN And the Remington cal is cool.for guys who have to own every model and variant.{Is that possible today}? thanks for posting.A few may get out the wallet and enjoy.RON K. My1928
People trying to cash out at the top of the bubble. Maybe that's the only reason they invested.......I invest because the item is something "I just cant live without".... I enjoy it because I love it! lightguy
I had over a half a dozen guns scheduled for this auction but the paperwork didn't get back yet so they will go in November's.IMO that 108K Thompson from the last auction got everyone exited.I'm curious (to say the least) at what this auction brings pricewise. lightguy
People trying to cash out at the top of the bubble. We dont know if its a bubble or a trend. This next auction will be an indicator.Just a few months ago Bitcoin's "bubble" was about to pop at $21K.Then Elon Musk and others got involved. BTC at $57k today. Elon needs to get into Thompsons
