Abody71
Thought I would make a quick video of my M50 with Thompson Machine ISIS2 suppressor with a custom adapter they made me. Also installed a tall front Mauser sight from Brownells. The extra weight helps controlling the rifle during full auto firing. fartsalot
Your neighbors never get disturbed much less know you are shooting from your porch. Where did you get the brass catcher ? I need one of those badly ! since I reload my brass Edited February 4 by fartsalot I will never tell
timkel
Well done. Subsonic cartridge, 10" barrel, raised sights, fixed stock, this checks a lot of boxes. I can see this being very usefull.

Found with the net straight some brass would bounce back out. https://www.ebay.com/itm/111526997604 Edited February 5 by Abody71

Slowmo
I’d like to know more about the mount. There aren’t too many .45 hosts that are well-suited to being suppressed.

Is it an endeavor worth undertaking?
Frank Iannamico
I wrote that article in 2018, still working fine, there is not much gassing, nothing like suppressed 5.56, no battering to speak of.
PPCORP
Hello Frank, I had a MAC .45 adaptor fitted to the Reising and ran an AWC MK9 .45 can which was extremely quiet, but you can use the sights.
PPCORP
Tom Bowers has the VERS 7/8X24 adaptor to his cans, so the plan is to run his can which is smaller diameter and install the Mauser font sight as suggested by Abody71 in this thread. I had no gassing issues with the MK9 so I'll report later how this smaller diameter setup works.
