Grey Crow
Ouch! At that price I hope Merle has already tweaked it..and then some. Seems the original AO C's worked no better then the new Kahr L's.

JimFromFL
QUOTE (Grey Crow @ Mar 28 2006, 11:06 PM) Ouch! At that price I hope Merle has already tweaked it..and then some. Seems the original AO C's worked no better then the new Kahr L's. This is an original Colt and not an original AO. Usually if there happens to be any feeding issues, one can usually tweak it themselves.
JimFromFL
Yeah, I do agree it appears it is 1000 or so over, but don't really know the going price of these as you don't see too many. Anyway, I thought the extra 1000 or so was to pay for story. I think if I sell mine I will say, "It was used by JimFromFL and used in many battles to destroy numerous milk jugs and stuffed animals." this way I can charge a few extra hundred. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/laugh.gif

October1971
Aw shucks! I should have bought that C-drum from Landies. Walked right by the table and didn't see it until a buddy mentioned it to me. But it was already sold... Oh well, there's always next time. CAL7
Pretty soon, this will be an urban legend. Everybody who is anybody will claim they were there when the deal of the century went down and 21smoker bought the C-Drum (and, not to forget, the pouch!). OldFalGuy
I don't think I will ever be able to bring myself around to pay that much for a drum, no matter the story. I get tickled enough with a 50 round dump.
Arthur Fliegenheimer
Here is the JCE C drum on display before there was a story attached: http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b56/Polythemus/EarlCDrum.jpg
