  1. I would be surprised if I have 2 matching seral #'s on my Wilson tube gun. As a result, I have a great shooter with none of these issues and all the same fun with one exception. That would be pride of ownership in having a real collectable.
  2. Original German WWII MP 38 & 40 Canvas & Leather Magazine Pouch - Righ – International Military Antiques (ima-usa.com)
  3. A binary trigger might add to the enjoyment. I typically fire my MP40 in 2-3 round bursts. A lot to ask at this stage of production.

  5. And they never need to be reloaded.
  6. Among my group of friends we call those mag dumps 'turning money into noise'.
  7. Several months ago I purchased a case of 9mm direct from Norma. Opened the first box and had 2 squibs in the first 20 rounds. It appeared to be a malfunction. Ran my dowel rod down the barrel and found an obstruction. OK that gun is done for the day. Loaded the second gun, fired a few shots, another malfunction. Squib. That was it for the day. Inspecting the brass I immediately noticed it had a thick black soot on it. Notified Norma and they sent me a prepaid shipping label and refund.
  8. I had mag trouble some years ago and stumbled on these dimensions. Unfortunately I can not cite the source. .906 x 1.362
  9. Nice looking piece for sale. Hefty price https://www.gunbroker.com/item/929945433
  10. After some minor stumbles along the way I sent the gun to Deerslayer last year. He reamed the chamber, checked the internals (all GI), and tweaked the rear sight. Gun runs fine now.
  11. Just curious if there is a serial # range for the WH's with the bad Blish lock grooves? Additionally it would be nice to know if PK had any young blood in the shop to learn from the master.
  12. Found this ammo for sale this AM. 3 boxes of 20 remaining. $30 each
  13. I have one and found that it was not very reliable. Even with the loading tool there is a certain amount of effort involved. It may be me or a mag with problems that are not apparent.
  14. I second the above comment.

  16. Place the gun on a sturdy table and place a thick soft rag over the opposite edge. Place the fore grip over the edge of the table in the radiused part of the handle. I use a part of a wooden tongue depressor to push in the latch frame button and hold it flush with my left hand. Put your legs up close to the table and pull with your right hand. There may be a better way but this is the best I could come up with for the same problem.
  17. He worked on mine a few months ago and did a nice job. The video displaying operation was a nice touch.

  20. Doesn't really matter much anymore. The ATF lost their case in the 6th District appeals Court in Ohio a day or two ago. https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/breaking-6th-circuit-court-of-appeals-rules-bump-stocks-are-not-machine-guns/
  21. What do suppose the ATF will think of these? The TL;DR is that the FRT-15’s sear forces the trigger to reset with every shot even if you keep continuous pressure on it. https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/new-the-rare-breed-triggers-frt-15-forced-reset-ar-15-trigger/
  22. I either heard or read the same thing about Facebook/Google or other civilian intelligence gathering big tech companies. I do not remember if this information was obtained through conversation or I read it. A photo posted from a cell phone has tracking information that anyone can access to get a location that is within about 2 blocks of the photos origin.
